Beach Overview of Rhode Islands Beaches at the Atlantic Coast from the west to the east:

Misquamicut State Beach:
There are a few small pebble stones at the sand of the Misquamicut State Beach. Showers, restrooms and a campground are provided at this State Beach. The entrance fee resp. the parking fee at the Misquamicut State Beach is $ 14,. during the weekend and $12.- at work days.  Residents of Rhode Island pay $12.- resp. $6.- (as at: Mai 2010).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Westerly Town Beach:
The Westerly Town Beach is located east of the Misquamicut State Beach. An entrance fee is charged at this beach. Restrooms are provided at the Westerly Town Beach.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

East Matunuck State Beach:
At the sandy beach of the East Matunuck State Beach, there are fragments of plants, a few shells. some small pebble stones and some trash. The sand at this beach is coarsed. The entrance fee resp. the parking fee at the East Matunuck State Beach is $ 14,. during the weekend and $12.- at work days.  Residents of Rhode Island pay $12.- resp. $6.- (as at: Mai 2010).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Newport King Park Beach:
At Newports King Park, there’s a small sandy beach with small stones in the sand. No parking fee is charged at this beach. Restrooms are not available at the King Park in Newport.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Newport Easton’s Beach:
At the grey sand of Easton’s Beach in Newport, there are some parts of plants, some shells and a few small stones. Restrooms and a playground are provided at this beach. Parking spaces are available (with and without parking meters) (as at: Mai 2010).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Newport Second Beach:
There are a few small stones at the sandy beach of the Second Beach in Newport. No parking fee is charged at this beach. The parking space is limited (as at: Mai 2010). Restrooms are provided at Newports Second Beach.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Newport / Middletown Sachnest Beach:
The beach at the Sachnest Beach is a wide sandy beach. Some small stones are lying in the sand. A parking fee is charged at the big parking lot at Sachnest Beach. Restrooms are provided at this beach.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Newport Third Beach:
A few small stones are lying at the sand of the Third Beach . A parking fee is charged at this beach. If you don’t have a Beach Pass, the parking fee is $10.- at the parking lot of the Third Beach. Restrooms are provided at this beach.
